The scope of work encompasses a complete overhaul, including a new internal layout, a ground floor extension, and the transformation of an outbuilding into a private study/office.

Transforming Rose Cottage into a modern, open-plan home presents structural challenges. Our engineering team is meticulously assessing the building's load-bearing capacity and foundation stability to determine necessary reinforcements. We are committed to creating a structurally sound and safe building that is aesthetically pleasing.Building control is a key aspect, and we are diligently preparing detailed drawings outlining structural modifications, new layouts, and compliance with regulations. Our goal is a smooth approval process and minimal delays.

The centre piece of Rose Cottage will undoubtedly be the double-height atrium. Encased in a striking combination of glass and zinc, this space will serve as the heart of the home, connecting the various living areas and offering breathtaking views of the Cornish countryside.
