We are delighted to announce the successful approval of our building control application for a rear extension project in a charming Cornish cottage located in Cambourne. The project involves a substantial transformation of the existing property, creating a modern and functional living space tailored to the client's needs.

A key element of the project is the creation of a new open-plan kitchen and living area, designed to maximise natural light and create a welcoming atmosphere. To achieve this, we incorporated skylights into the design of the flat roof extension. Additionally, the internal layout has been carefully considered to accommodate a new bathroom, enhancing the property's overall functionality.
