Reflecting on one of our older projects from 2021. We were tasked with creating a replacement extension/orangery that matches the style of the existing house

Going with our full service package, we provided a measured survey on the property and garden area to design from.

We opened up the existing ground floor plan and consulted with our in house structural engineers to identify how we can achieve this style, two steels will be going in to allow the removal of internal walls and to open up the rear of the property for the new extension.

With our full service package we include powerful 3D Visualisations that help bring your proposal to life, these not only allow us to carefully consider material choices and save costly mistakes in the future but also serve to aid our planning application in accurately representing our vision. Here is what we came up with.

We gain planning permission and undertook the building regulation drawings for this project. Then our client handed to the plans to a local contractor to begin the build. We are very proud of the finished result!
