Excited to share the journey of our latest project in Newquay! 

We kicked off this home transformation by crafting a bespoke design that perfectly complements the property and our client's vision. 

Our team meticulously handled the planning permission and building regulation processes, ensuring a smooth path to construction. From structural calculations to the first brick laid, we're committed to delivering a stunning rear extension that maximises space and adds value.

Demolishing the existing garage to make way for a large side extension which will expose beautiful sea views of Porth Beach to the rear.

We gained planning permission and undertook the building regulation drawings for this project. Then our client handed to the plans to a local contractor to begin the build. It is currently under construction this summer.
